Solution found Very easy and Simple.
Its a common error when windows 7 is being installed from an existing OS like winxp.
Just follow the steps below and watch.
1. Open your existing OS
2. Insert DVD win
3. During installation if above error occurs while choosing a partition then format the selected partition to ntfs format (not default winxp drive like C:)
4. And are try you will go right .
5. That's all like is and enjoy.
